There were so many thing that went wrong at this hotel, I would not recommended to anyone. We have two rooms. On the rooms had dry blood stains on their bed sheets, we complained and gave us another room which also had filthy sheets. They finally gave us another room on the 11th floor. We were given only 2 towels in a room for 4 people.Nobody came to clean our room on the following day. Personnel ignored our request to clean up room and provide clean towels. Shower water was cold sometimes. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, it was a false alarm.
