The property was a bit disappointing. When I checked in, no one mentioned that housekeeping had to be requested 24 hours in advance. So in 3 days my room was never able to be cleaned. The front desk staff was apathetic to my request. Rooms are basic and WiFi doesn’t work well - well, it didn’t work at all on the 16th floor so I had to go to the lobby to work. Parking lot was often full and there was no valet. Average stay.

No tv stays
For the second consecutive stay the television didn’t work. When we asked maintenance to fix it they told us even if we moved rooms the tv in the other room probably wouldn’t work. Disappointing!
