The property was gorgeous, and the amenities were decent. What would have made the trip outstanding, would have been better customer service. The drivers were always kind, however do not expect them to come back if they bypass you, even if they say they will. The check in staff was friendly. The event coordinating staff was ok. However unlike most resorts they do not have that bubbly personality, that makes you want to try the adventures out even more. If they are there to boost sales on excursions, they failed! We dined in the first night, and the service was HORRIBLE. The host looked as though she did not want to be there. The waiter took 15 mins to greet us. We placed the order as soon as he came, however because of that he never came back to check on us, see if we needed anything to drink. I had to get up from my seat and go to the bar. Even after doing all of that the food still had not come out. We ended up requesting the food TOGO. We ordered our food TOGO for the remainder of the trip, when we did eat on property. For the pricing of everything the food could have been better prepared. Overall the property was OK. The property itself is well maintained, and the rooms are very nice and accommodating, and the views were amazing.
