Room floors & shower dirty upon arrival and never cleaned. Pills on floor in bathroom when we arrived & still there at departure. Some days no coffee or water left. When calling front desk for items, they never arrived. Had to go find ourselves. Water in swim up bar freezing cold & no one used. Water shut off on last day making departure a mess!
