First day when I check in the frond crew named by was very not kind. Also they want me to participate the Hilton sales presentation for 90min. I did and they offered package to buy. Me and my husband told them that we will think about it. The one of manager John New York. Was very rude and not even kindly walk out. We felt so bad and ruined my day. The meaning of participating to the sales presentation must buy the package?? They were treat me like baggers. If that is the means must buy please do not offer anyone but have pre screening before you ask to participate. You have No right to mess up my vacation time at all!!!

We absolutely loved the location. So close to many of the popular hikes but out of the heavy traffic that you run into as you get closer to downtown Sedona. We stayed in a 1-bedroom suite and it was very clean and quiet. My kids loved the pool and hot tubs. It was wonderful to have a full kitchen. Truly a wonderful stay.
