I was given instructions on parking (stayed one night, parked for three). Followed them. Got massively overbilled for parking. Got rebilled (still not what I was told it would be). In short, ended up paying $350 for 3 nights of parking. Given an email address to request reimbursement, as people there were either unable or unwilling to make any decisions. Still waiting on an email response..... Hotel was OK, but just park at the airport, it's cheaper and more convenient.
