Very dirty! I could not take a shower because the bathtub was full of pubic hairs from the previous customer, I guess... We also saw a cockroach running in the bathroom. Horrible - OUR STAY WAS A NIGHTMARE, and I demand our money back!

ok 1. girl at front desk rude and nasty lots of attitude not pleasanr or happy spoke very rude to me 2. restaurant they wanted us to wait three hours for our food it opened at 500 was told come get it at 700 again another rude worker 3 Had to leave 2 am because the guy next door had tv on blasting all night Could not sleep I feel rude workers leaving at 2am I wasted 160 Dollors it was not what I expected Bascilly I burned 160 dollars Need refund asap AND THE WORST WAS YOU EXPedia I am a loyally customer always booking with you And Friday morning I found out the same room was 10 percent was off I called excpedia and THEY WERE nasty said their was nothing they could do YOU ARE A HUGE COMPANY IM A LOYAOLLY CUSTOMER YOU COULDNT be nice and give me the 10 percent off Which pissed me off before I got there right there I spent thirty more dollars and then I walk into hotel girl never said hello wasn't rude I except a lot more from hotel and expedia

We stayed 4 out of 5 days booked, the first morning there, we saw a bug crawl out and around the night stand. As my husband convinced me it would be okay, it could of been a cockroach but in buildings in the city you tend to see them. I didn't want to tolerate it but we were in a predicament as we couldn't just leave. Our money was tied up in staying there. It was only a bug, was it even a cockroach? Again it was just one. Then by that night/early next morning, I woke up to use the bathroom and I saw another one or the same one, who knows, I squished it and screamed and cried. It was definitely a cockoach! I wanted to rip the kids out of bed and run. The next morning after breakfast I saw a dead one in the hallway towards the elevator. The next two days were so busy, we only ended up back at the hotel to sleep. That dead one still laid there, no one vacuumed, or anything. That last night (technically night #4, around dinner time) I walked to the mini fridge to get a water and then to the bathroom and one was scurrying on the bathroom floor. I squished that one too. I was absolutely fed up at this point. I sat on the bed feeling itchy and grossed out, looking for a different solution. A few minutes later in the corner of my eye I saw another one crawl from the ceiling down the wall behind the furniture. I wish I took photos! The next morning we checked out.

When i first checked in i was sent to 2 different rooms that i didnt ask for. Then i got to a room i asked for the ac didnt work. Then i get switched to a room where the ac worked but the fridge didnt. The at 430 in the morning Ppl were banging on the door trying to get in my room. This is the worst experience ive ever had in a hotel. I will never go back to this one.

Had room with jetted tub it shut off frequently barely can tell which knob is hot or cold bc the dot indicating hot or cold is so small you can’t see it unless you wear glasses.
