Great Location, With A Little Caution.
The hotel is in a great location for quick access to the waterfront and surrounding attractions. The only caution I would give to possible travelers to this hotel is room choice. We had an atrium view room which is basically an inside room with windows facing the middle of the hotel. The room was spacious but could use an update in the bathroom. The caution I would give for these rooms is the filtered light that comes through the window from the atrium. This occurs even when the blinds are fully closed. It does make it a little difficult for sleeping.

Great location across from the River Front. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, shops of all kinds. The hotel is on a busy street but the windows are a sound barrier. We faced the busy street and did not notice traffic noise.

Spectacular location beware of parking
Location is spectacular. Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was trying to close the closet door and bathroom door. The closet door stuck a lil bit. The bathroom door was very closet to the toilet. The parking was odd as there was nowhere to pull up and check in when we arrived. Finally, pulled into the closest parking garage Lincoln Street and that was the 1 we were supposed to use. Prepaid parking at much cheaper than the garage regular rates.

The common areas were not well maintained. The computer "business" area was not functioning and was filthy. Carpets in hallways need to be cleaned. furniture in lobby also needs to be cleaned.
