From check in after midnight to check out, the staff were wonderful. They made sure we had everything we needed and were super friendly. Top it off the shuttle driver was also amazing.

Underperformance on many levels
First off there was no bell person in sight to help me with my luggage. The valet brought me a cart to load and bring the luggage to my room. I get too my room and there are only 2 towels for 4 guests. The room smells like mildew. I call the front desk for towels and she tells me house keeping is gone for the day. The fridge in the room is actually a cooler. Not the service I expect from this brand. Extremely disappointed
