Avoid this hotel
Hotel was in rough shape. In two corners of our room, part of the ceiling was falling in, probably from a leaking roof. The smoke alarm was missing from our room and the sink was dirty. When I complained, the front desk person told me I was wrong about the ceiling (only recanted when I showed her photos) and told me the previous guest must have stolen the smoke alarm. She did offer us a new room, which we accepted, and that was a bit cleaner. The overall impression we had of this hotel is that they were not going to win any prizes for cleanliness or repairs.

Need a Refund
I was not pleased with the look the place had and how you have to walk through the elevator waiting area to get into the main lobby. A gentleman with his cart blocking the walkway. Then the lady wasn’t giving hospitality vibes at all. My card was locked and it was juvenile to have to have the 50 dollars right there on the spot when I could’ve paid when my card got unlocked seeing it was some security deposit that was supposed to be included in my ticket online. Then it off the elevator into the third floor it really felt like a maze. Room was grungy feeling like it had a dirty atmosphere and the bedsheets were dank. Like moist feeling. Room smelt like mildew.
