Wonderful staff and a clean quiet property. Great view from the 14th floor View Bar and open air pool. The general manager has advised me (Feb. 2024) their web site will be updated to reflect that the Zafferano restaurant is closed and only opens for the hotel's great buffet breakfast (incl. in hotel rate.) Also the road access to the hotel is limited for the next 2 years due to a new subway line being constructed, although I don't think there will be any noticeable noise for hotel guests) but the sidewalk is open. Drivers/taxis need to approach from Av. Andres Bello. We hope other folks have as nice a stay as we had for our 5 nights at the hotel.

Excellent choice for your visit
This is a lovely hotel. Staff is professional and helpful. Great amenity, including rooftop bar and pool. It’s on a quiet street but still in a prime location. Highly recommend.

This was a very peaceful place to stay in transit from Buenos Aires to Sydney. I didn’t get a chance to look around. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great. Breakfast was OK.

We used the Solace as a base hotel and left our main luggage there while we continued our travels and stayed here on 2 separate occasions. This was by far the best hotels during our stay in Sth America. The price was good value, the staff were so helpful, the rooms were quiet, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was also very good and offered freshly ordered eggs and omelettes. The view from the roof top bar and pool area were very good and the atmosphere was very relaxed. Loved ths Hotel!
