The hotels was clean and in a great locations. It was walking distance to the boardwalk. I wish they would include the parking fee in the reservation since they charge $25 parking. However, everything else was great. My wife and I love the hotel, we will stay here again next time we travel to Santa Cruz.

Nice hotel, very clean, very secure. Staff was very friendly. Terribly view. Food was extremely overpriced and not good at all. Layout in room was super awkward.. the tv was on the left wall so you could only watch it by turning your head to the left… also the armoire was in the corner and you literally had to go in the corner to open the door and then the door would hit the bid. Room was supposed to come with a sofa bed and it came with a chair.. a lot of unused wasted space in the room. Again, it was clean and nice but I won’t be going back.

did not like that they totally ignored my requests that I listed on Expedia. There was a shard of glass on our carpet. Potato chips and a soda cost $4.00 and everything else was ridiculous. Took half hour to figure out how to keep the lights from turning off. The T.V. program choices were terrible. Limited choice of food was expensive. Housekeeping was great and got my left bag back to me at checkout.
