The stay was good however we had some issues being there is no microwave in the unit which made it annoying to have to go down to the lobby to use the one microwave in the entire hotel. The parking should have been included in the price as well. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful and we liked the waters and cookies given at check-in.

Expedia advertised the “Deluxe Room” as 500 sq ft. It may seem odd but that is one of the criteria I have when booking a room. The room I got was 325sq ft; they didn’t have a larger room and blamed Expedia for the mix up. The only thing that made the room “Deluxe” was that it was on the top floor. I wouldn’t have stayed there had I known. I had another hotel that would’ve been better but I chose Zessa for the supposed larger room. False advertising by Expedia.

Need a better late check out system
I don’t like the hotel policy regarding late checkout requests. You know the night /week before what the occupancy rate is. To have to wake up at 6am to call to request a late check is absurd and get an hour later check out doesn’t sit right with use sorry. You can do better!
