Quick two night weekend stay. Convenient location to SFO/BART. We didn't need it this trip, but there was a shopping center across the street. Room was fine, could hear some foot steps from the floor above but nothing that kept me up at night.

I’m really glad we broke out of our chain hotel comfort zone to try The Dylan; the free & convenient parking was a Godsend (rare around SFO) and the clean, spacious room with very comfy beds were exactly what we needed before an early morning flight. I’ll definitely stay again!
Loved this hotel for the vintage style, impeccable cleanliness, available amenities, and proximity to SFO. The latter is why we booked into The Dylan in the first place. Also, the fact that it's pet-friendly and (I was told via phone about a week before my arrival) has a big enough parking lot for me to park my 10-foot travel trailer. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that there was no way I was getting my small rig in there and ended up parking on the street. Not ideal. Front desk staff were competent but curt, and we waited a long time for both check-in and check out. Perhaps understaffed?
Very convenient location, friendly staff, good value
Nice hotel for an over nighter. I stayed three nights and every morning around 6 to 630 they would dump the trash. Super loud. The internet was terrible and my room must have been perfectly placed so that I couldn’t get good cell coverage. The casting didn’t work so that I could watch Netflix or Prime. Plenty of food nearby and easy access to the city via rail or car.
Staff was wonderful and hotel was cute and comfortable. Beds were comfy as well. Appreciated the room provided thermoses to stay eco friendly.
