This was a last minute booking due to a flight delay. Check in was so easy. A requested baby crib came and was set up within 10 min of our arrival. The airport shuttle runs frequently and is free and efficient. Highly recommend!

Bad staff
We had to stay in San Francisco after missing a flight. The transportation from the airport was great and the room was nice. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was also a pleasant surprise!
It was clean and a good value. However the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were too soft, making for a rough night before a long flight out. The disco music in the elevator at 7 am now as a bit much as well. And don’t you think it’s about time you removed the Bibles from the rooms? Anybody who wants to read it, or the Torah or Quran or any other religious book can download it easily. It’s a germ catcher.
