Beautiful property. If it wasn’t for the few spiders in our room, I would have gave it 5 stars. Overall it’s a very nice property and gives you island vibes. Also be prepared for the other fees such as daily parking and resort fees. It adds up especially if you’re staying for a while (my family and I stayed for 4 days).

We were charged 40$ per day for resort fees plus 30$ parking, however the resort was not functioning. There were no lawn chairs to be found on the beach, the swimming pool was closed, the activity center was a complete waste of our vacation and would like to claim some of the fees back.

The property is older but well maintained. It was a good value with the winter rates. The location is amazing and the wildlife in the lagoon and in Mission bay was fun to watch. Parking was too expensive.
