The staff went above and beyond to insure an enjoyable stay. The hotel is located next to several good dining options, and the seaport is in their backyard. I would always choose the Grand Hyatt while visiting San Diego.

I paid to a very expensive. I guy on a 5 stars hotel, but unfortunately I will never go there again, first I was surprised to $45 parking not mentioned before I reserved and till 3 pm only next day, and then the air conditioning in the room was barely good with the minimum 65 F, in addition that I couldn’t believe no soap in the bathroom or any other liquid kind to wash your hands, the pool noisy full of kids I couldn’t use the jacuzzi and the pool, I would rather pay less in less stars hotel than go to Manchester Hyatt again.
