The property was itself was nice and the private beach was lovely. However, we were unable to watch a movie in our room because we were told by staff that the smart part of the tv was disabled. Also, someone had hit our car overnight in the parking lot.

We enjoyed every part of this resort. The people that worked there are the best. The resort room is clean and comfortable. The facilities on the resort are fantastic We are planning to return there on our next trip to this great area

We love the convenience of the location to the bay and ocean as well as the close amenities. Rooms were worn down and kitchen was dirty. Restaurants was good good but very pricy. Took the paddle wheeler trip and it was disappointing as it didn’t tour around anywhere. It went to the end hotel dock and hung out in the middle and came back. Won’t do that again.

Great staff awesome restaurant. The staff helps by letting you know where everything is on this big property. Try to spend some time on it. The resort fee is reasonably priced.

I feel like I am in Hawaii!!! It is very easy to get around and if you can't (in the case of my handicapped husband), the staff is very accommodating and gets you where you need to go with the cart. I absolutely love Karina!! She switched our rooms because of the moldy smell. She even remembered my husband's surgery from last time we stayed in July!!!
