Registration staff were quite confused on how to do their job. Despite having prepaid they tried to charge me again. After they realized I had already paid they wanted to charge me $10. When I asked what for they said they didn’t know. I refused to pay. They called manager who explained something to them and I was not charged. Then handed a room key without telling g me room number. I had to ask for that. All very odd and time consuming.

The hotel, staff, and cleanliness was wonderful. Only issue was the room we had, had a broken shade and we could not shut it. Other than that, it was great

Very good overall
Kind of a weird location, in the parking lot next to Walmart without any nice outdoor area, but a good spot to get to the slopes and visit friends in Mill creek. We liked the room set up with kitchen and sitting area. Also, very happy to be able to bring our senior dog with us. Staff was very friendly in general except for one bad apple in the breakfast room on our last morning! We will return in spite of her.

So much room and space for families
Rooms are so spacious and even the sofa sleeper is very comfortable. Front desk very friendly and accommodating, and this was a perfect central location for our 2 ski races at UOP and Snowbird
