Like most Hampton Inns I have stayed across the U.S., this one was clean and quiet. The staff was accommodating and pleasant. There are several dining options in close proximity to the hotel ranging from fast food to sit-down chain restaurants (e.g., Long Horn Steakhouse, Chilis, Olive Garden). There is an upscale shopping mall close by as well and the location is located just off of the NYS Throughway.

A beautiful hotel with great staff. The pool and hot tub were a hit with our grandkids. The breakfast in the lobby area was a hit with everyone.

Was please with the night attendant when I was there. I believe his name was Larry, but I’m bad with names so I apologize if I got it wrong. He was very professional and helpful on the occasions I needed something additional. Even tried to tip him on my way out Sunday morning but he said thank you but declined it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Staff was energetic, positive, and attentive. Larry made our arrival extremely welcoming and very easy. Pool and Hot tub were in great condition. Room 220 is right behind the elevator which is extremely loud. The coffee and towels in the room were not replenished from the previous guest. There was a hockey tournament so the pool and hot tub were packed with kids. Not the hotels fault but we did not use either amenity because of this. We also did not have breakfast because it was packed.

Everyone was very friendly. I found a dirty/blood washcloth under the sink that apparently had not been noticed by cleaning staff. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.
