I wanted to check in a bit early, like 30 minutes. The guy, Shu, at the front desk made me wait. He said the rooms were still being cleaned. Even though there were like a total of 10 cars parked on the property. In other words, the place was empty. While checking me in, he was on his cell phone the entire time, speaking in some foreign language. While the place is ok, customer service is non-existent.
