Family (kids 10 and 5) had a great time with a swim out family suite, enjoying the beach, numerous pool options and many bars. The service was great (tip your staff) and never had an issue getting a group of seats together at the beach or pool as long as you were there before 10am. Food quality was average, but expected for an all-inclusive (Italian restaurants were great). No issues with vendors on the beach. Would recommend to families with small kids, especially the swim out rooms!

Excellent facility for the kids. The Family area is a distance from the beach but there's a trolly that comes frequently to deliver you to the beach. Areas for improvement are the buffet and a la carte dining quality.

The stay over all was really nice. Until we needed to move rooms to extend our stay. At this point the moved us to a room on the 3rd floor, that had not been used in some time. Shower didn't work, lights and AC did not work either. When we went to the front desk for assistance, Carolina was extremely rude and did nothing to fix the issue. We then had to go to guest services because they would not offer any fix other than to send service at 10pm the night before our flight. We have 2 boys 7 and 9 that had to take cold showers and then kept up until almost 11pm due to the service tech coming at 10pm. After we asked them not to send him so that our kids could go to sleep.

We really liked our room in the Family Club area, it was clean and comfortable. The food was good and there were plenty of options. The beach was great and my son loved the sports options. We also had a nice spa service and fortunately knew there was a (warm) jacuzzi and hammocks in the back as it wasn’t offered. What we didn’t like; the staff was not nice and often rude. One employee was napping at his post and was very annoyed I woke him up. There were probably 2 or 3 that were pleasant but overall just rude. Also, they had outside vendors in the foyer that harassed us to buy jewelry.
