I understand the Hotel and Casino is old but that doesn’t mean you can’t keep it clean and how about not using stained sheets and comforters. The air conditioner worked but would make loud voices acer 30 minutes AC needs to be worked on.

Lack of dining options as well as the dining quality of the facilities that are open is absurd! The bartending staff at the tree bar were not only rude, but simply inept at their jobs. The overall appearance of the property is inexcusable. If you don't make enough to maintain a facility to at least a mediocre standard, just shut the doors! Who exactly is your target demographic? You're missing the mark on all levels! This is a shame compared to how inviting and fun it used to be. DO BETTER!!!

Second year I have stayed at this hotel, check-in takes forever, two people working the front desk and a long line. Online check-in is a hit or miss, sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Several of the restaurants were closed, food choice was minimal. Went to the tree bar and waited over thirty minutes to get a refreshment, never got a second as the wait staff were busy stocking the bar and not serving customers, they were not busy. All staff that I came in contact with from the front desk to the bar were not pleasant to deal with, most openly voiced discontent with the working conditions.

This property advertises that it was re-modeled it was not remodeled. my restroom was dirty dirty. Very unpleasant when I brought it up to the manager he was 0 help and very unprofessional didn't offer any money back and charged a resort fee with no amenities worse than Motel 6. Don't stay here wasting your money
