The resort landscaping is beautiful, the pools were amazing, and the staff was all really friendly. The only suggestion I would have is have another option for eating between 4pm-6pm. We arrived for checkin at 2:45 and due to the amount of guests that arrived at the same time we were not done till 4pm and at that point the only options we had were snacks at the buffet, coffee shop, and room service that took and hour to get our food. You also need to keep date sleeping pillows in rooms. They were lumpy and not comfortable.

The staff was amazing Very friendly and quick to respond. The pool was beautiful. Enjoyed the pool activities. Did not like that reservation times were not available at restaurants and wait times were often close to an hour
