Pool was closed. Wasn’t made aware at time of booking and was quiet disappointed since we had two kids who love to swim. The rooms are small but clean. Didn’t realize they were double beds when I booked, thought they were queen. Shower was small. Would be nice if they had detachable shower heads to compensate for lack of space to move around. Breakfast was free and not busy. Waffles maker, eggs, sausage, the essentials. Overall the hotel is clean and you can tell they maintain it, but fresh paint only goes so far. I would not stay again with my family. Not enough space.
We just needed a place to sleep while on a road trip. The place was fine but the beds seemed smaller then a queen and the tv didn’t work. Other than that it was clean and was a safe place to stay the night.

We loved staying at this hotel, and it was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The breakfast was surprisingly good, and the pool was fun for the kiddos. I'll definitely stay here in town next time we visit the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

Serendipity! I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of my sleep here. The bed was comfortable, the rooms relatively quiet. The only disappointment was hearing people talking outside in the hallway. All restaurants nearby close by 10pm.
Very clean and affordable. The room was a little small, but other than that, everything else was great.
For being in town for one night, the front desk clerk was very helpful setting up a car for me in the morning.
The pool was nice. Breakfast was okay. The rooms have wall mounted air conditioning units which are noisy.

Our four night stay was comfortable and we would stay there again. The rooms are small and I most objected to there only being one chair but they were clean and quiet and the beds nice. It was too cool for the pool but the breakfast room was fine and the food and service above average quality for the class of hotel. Most of all, the access to the freeway system, restaurants, and activities and sights around town was good to excellent. Getting to and from the airport by car was straightforward.
Pool was great for kids. Room was clean and comfy beds. Check out was nice got to sleep in.

The hotel was perfectly adequate for what I needed. The breakfast was varied and good. The room was clean and well heated, since it was winter. The bed was quite comfortable. The towels were changed appropriately.

I am sorry your stay did not go well. Our guests can use the pool next door at the Hampton Inn, our sister property, and i am sorry you were not told this at check in. I hope you will reconsider and give us another try in the future!
