A nice resort. Our stay was marred by the fact 90 Day Fiancé was filming there when we stayed. The production crew was rude to guests, blocked areas and paths, restaurant times were limited during filming and no one who worked at the hotel cared a bit about the multiple inconveniences to paying guests. We were likewise not advised filming would be happening. In particular, the reception staff were openly rude and confrontational when paying guests voiced concerns.

I lost my Apple Watch in my room on checkout and the staff went out of their way to locate it and mail back to me. I felt the breakfast options were overpriced at Prado. Overall property very nice, clean, and well maintained.
