This is a 41/2 star resort. Slightly falls short of the 5⭐️ because of inconsistent staff friendliness, corporate feel, nitpicking on charging for amenities and upgrades charging. Still nice fun property and great restaurant for breakfast, workout classes. Great valet service (all part of hefty “resort fee”.

This hotel was extremely clean and staff was excellent all around. People were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Beautiful hotel and will definitely be back.
