Worst reservation of my life. Property was dirty and damaged. We decided to suck it up because we were on vacation. Then we noticed there were no blankets and pillows in the room--seriously. I called the customer service line and they said there was nothing they could do because the office was closed. I insisted that we needed blankets and pillows for our family of 4--obviously--and they said they would see if security could bring them over. 30 minutes later I called again and they said they were on their way. One hour later I called again and asked me to have patience. Eventually my 6 and 4-yo fell asleep on the on the bed so I just cuddled them through an extremely uncomfortable night as my husband slept with his hoodie up the couch. They never came with the blankets. Do not book this place, and do not trust Expedia's rating.

Run down. The cleaning was pretty good - don't blame the cleaners etc. The apt is run down with clearly profit maximization as the motivating force. For example, fittings are just plain old and furniture from the last century.

property very run down in need of upgrade! pool was nice, highlight of stay. beds were old, bugs omg! mice outside with no traps to be found.not worth it at any price! location was good and food all around,place has potential but not worth the $ in current condition!!

No staff available in the lobby. Couldn't check into my room until around 530pm. No toilet paper in my room, i had to buy my own roll . But overall the room and property was nice !
