It was satisfactory. Room was clean and it's in a good location. No breakfast.
Older property is obvious, but is cared for wiith one exception on this visit. There was a "wad" of long black hair stuck to the back of the shower, didn't see it until we were in the shower..... Room was otherwise clean, and pleasant smelling even for the obvious age of the facility, it seemed to be a cared for site. I would also recommend repainting the parking spots, hard to tell what is handicapped and not.... I will stay there again, but certainly checking the shower a little closer before use.
It was obvious to be a much older site than many, but the room was clean and pleasant smelling. Everything worked well, I was disappointed that there was not a room safe available. Bath shower had LOTS of hot, good pressured water!
I understand there was no real breakfast and the fitness room was closed because of the virus. The hot tub was not working correctly. Everyone was very friendly
The breakfast is very good but the room is not so great. It is generally clean but there are stain on the sofa and the door lock is not very good. The room is also very noisy. I can hear "everything" next door.
House keeping was horrible, rooms wer filthy and the housekeeping manager told me to give him positive feed back. Completely unprofessional.
The breakfast was very nice and the pool was big and clean.
The sheets had dirt, hairr and crumbs in them. We also found a pill on the floor in the sink area. When we notified the staff they acted like it was nothing new. No apologizes until check out even though we notified the day of arrival, even then it felt fake. If i had to i would never stay there again.
I like that the pool is right in front of the rooms the only bad thing was that was no towels at the pool
Stacey at the front desk was fabulous.......Our room was huge with a living room 2 TV's, updated bathroom , patio.. The room also had a full size coffe pot, microwave and refrig. The king size bed was very comfortable, good pillows too. The breakfast was marginal..I suggest a waffle maker, bananas, and one more choice of cold cereal since there were only 2, be added to the buffet. The location is great...5 minute walk to the Diamond Back Spring Training park...also close to restauarants.
Room has seen a lot of use, furnishings older and worn. Location is prime-close to multiple big time Phoenix attractions. So will always be in demand regardless of condition-not much incentive for owners to upgrade. Room clean and staff friendly. Smoking permitted on balcony outside rooms, so persistent second hand smoke smell in room.
Hotel close to everything, shopping restaurants, Shea Scottsdale hospital.
Bed was dirty n fix awful. No hot water for bath tub Dirty bath tub.
Staff was very courteous, however, there was mold inside the coffee pot, ants in the shower and the room had plumbing issues.

Our room was the furthest one in the building on the second floor. We parked as close to our room as possible and took the stairs only to be denied entry. We continued back to our vehicle to try another entrance thinking the card reader on the outside of the building wasn't working, but only gained entry in the second entrance because the door was propped open. Once we haul our luggage back to the room for a second time, we are denied entry once again and are now certain that our cards are not set up properly. I go to the front desk where Stacy apologized for the inconvenience and gave us a free bottle of wine while she fixed the card issue. Very thoughtful. As we finally gained entry to the room we are overcome by the awful stench and poor appearance of the room. Pillows had makeup on them, trash all around the rooms, the ice bucket covered in dust, and the under part of the toilet seat disgustingly filthy. We decided to book a room at a different hotel nearby and cancel our reservation. As I went to the desk to cancel Stacy demanded that we return the bottle of wine and responded "WOOOOOOW!!" when I advised that we already opened it. Her tone continued to be unprofessional. The place is trash, smells like garbage--save your money.
