The property itself was nice, but free parking and free shuttle to airport were misleading, as we paid for parking at the hotel while we were shuttled to the airport… love Hampton hotels, but this one disappointed with this left out detail.

The ride in the shuttle back to the airport was not good. The seat belts in the van were not working. Thought left something back at the hotel the driver drove back to the hotel. When he was driving back he spaced out and I had to alert him that the traffic was stopped. He slammed on the breaks and never apologized or recognized it happened.

Last minute choice and wasn’t disappointed
We stayed here because it’s close to the PHX airport. We picked it because it has excellent reviews and we are adding to the long list of happy Hampton Inn stayers! Althiug there is an Italian restaurant which does room service. We opted to do Uber eats and order from a Vietnamese place called Viet Shack. It was great too. Definitely recommend this hotel and best part… it’s pet friendly. Our little dog loved it too!
