Our stay at GreenTree Inn & Suites Phoenix Sky Harbor was incredibly disappointing. The room we were given was in terrible condition – the shower curtain had holes, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and gave us allergies, and to top it off, I woke up with small bites on my body. The chairs in the room were broken, adding to the overall unpleasantness of our stay. The experience at the front desk was equally subpar. Despite the phone ringing nonstop, the staff seemed more preoccupied with an outdoor visit, leaving guests unattended. The lack of attention to guests' needs was evident throughout our stay, making us feel neglected and undervalued as customers. In summary, our stay at GreenTree Inn & Suites Phoenix Sky Harbor felt like a stay in a roadside motel, or even worse. The issues with the room, coupled with the lack of professionalism from the staff, made this a stay we would rather forget. We will not be returning to this establishment and cannot in good conscience recommend it to others.

I have wanted to stay here as we go to Spring training at the stadium down the street. It’s close enough to walk. The hotel is ok. The staff are very nice. It’s not clear on the website that they have an outdoor spa/jacuzzi so we didn’t bring a swimsuit but the pool area is nice as well.

Excellent place to stay and is very closed to the airport. Front desk was excellent in providing the services. The service and staffs worked every hard to ensure the customers' satisfactions.

Check in was fine. The room appeared to be clean. The shower head leaked, the phone was not working, there was no hot water for a shower so had to leave for the airport without a shower. The ice maker that was supposed to be on the 4th floor was not there. We were unhappy that the restaurant was not there as the hotel description said. I would not recommend staying here.
