I found a bed bug in my bed. I asked to switch rooms and the woman couldn't figure out how to change it on her computer. She didn't care to call the manager. She offered to switch all my sheets. Needless to say, I didn't not stay there my third night. Orbitz was kind enough to call the property and refund me for my last night. I have photos and videos for proof. I just don't know how to upload them.

I would try somewhere else…
The lobby smelled like they sprayed febreeze every 5 minutes. For someone sensitive to artificial fragrance it was a nightmare. The beds felt like you were going to roll off the side. I will say the pillows weren’t bad. The tub was full of rust and when after my baby walked around the room barefoot his feet were completely black with dirt. Last and most disappointing was that the pool and hot tub were freezing. I had hyped up this trip to Arizona with my oldest that he was going swim everyday. You couldn’t even go in either even when it was 80 degrees outside. Luckily we had stayed at a different hotel up north so he at least got to swim once in our trip. Also the outlets and usb ports in the headboards of the beds didn’t work so we woke up with dead devices. The breakfast also had a very limited spread with little options. Not great.

Property looked beautiful, but our room had to be deodorized when we left for dinner the first night as it smelled like dog urine. We asked for a different room but all were booked. Smell never really went away. But room was quiet which was nice. Every 12 hours or so our door keys wouldn’t work anymore so we’d have to go back to the front desk and have them reactivated (3x total- so 4 times keys were set by front desk). This also happened with our friends. There was no real pool furniture- only a couple chairs. Staff was kind. I do miss daily housekeeping. Hotel was centrally located- but I don’t think I’ll stay there again
