Room was mediocre at best. I expected an actual remodeled hotel since it was closed for repairs for so long. Listing is misleading to think balconies are accessible but they are nailed shut. Which is for safety but they could at least have windows that open a little I would rather stay at the holiday inn down the street.

I attended an event at this hotel, unrelated to the casino. The main issue I had was the lack of good food options in the hotel, particularly for breakfast. Most of their restaurants are really spots in a fast food court that do not open early. Vegetarian options are almost nonexistent and the food from "the tavern" was bad. The rooms were clean and spacious but the corridors had a weird smell.

A perfect stay!
It was lovely! We had absolutely no issue. There is valet parking ( which was super convenient as i wasnt prepared for the snow that came during the stay.) Our room was clean and well stocked. The front desk staff gave percise directions/instructions of the resort and its amenities. The casino was great as well, it has a vibe completely separate from the hotel but was just as professional and helpful ( top tier bar 👌)
