There for 4 days and never cleaned the room once. Last day upon checkout housekeeping finally came but before checkout and walked in without knocking to myself undressed. I was right next to the door so didn’t miss a knock. Just walked right in door open for all to see.

Lovely place, just need more shuttle buses
We sometimes stay here for ease for Disneyland. Rooms are good size and allow our daughter to have plenty of space too. Ideally kitchen needs a toaster but we made do with what we had, which was otherwise well equipped. Towels were plentiful and nice shampoo etc provided. Shuttle buses to Disney - not frequent and very busy. There’s hours in the day where there’s no buses at all, they just stop. Peak time = park closing is savage. You have about 10 mins after the fireworks to dash to the bus stop as there’s only 1 bus running until about half an hour later and they’re crazily overcrowded. Demand at this time needs an hour of constant buses. It is walkable which is partly why we choose here but walking at 11pm at night with children having just done 30k steps isn’t fun, especially in rain. The hotel always put in a lovely effort with decorations for special themes and events and we were given a chocolate valentine lolly upon check in too. So thoughtful and appreciated!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted and looked after, we arrived before check in and the reception was kind enough to let us leave our luggage with them Until Our room Was Ready. Disney is less than a mile away, so you can either use the free shuttle service or walk to and from the parks. There also is a shopping centre less than 10 mins away with a wide range of food and shopping available. The apartment we were given was clean and the kitchen helped with my three kids and lastly the staff couldn’t do enough for you especially the night shift worker.(Marseille fan)

A comedy of errors on arrival for my brother's booking - turns out the night cover was an extra who didn't know what he was doing and ended up creating a lot of problems for families and leaving them with no rooms through the night. The next morning, Lea and Moud (spelling?) were very understanding and very willing to sort everything out - and all was well in the end - so a great service after some bad luck for both customers and management. The hotel and apartment itself were overall clean, functional, spacious, with nice little touches of free drinks and helpful people, and just a little dated in decor and wear and tear. It is probably the nearest accommodation for walking to Disney but for little legs, we found the shuttle bus they offered even more useful. This could have been a terrible review, but the hotel management saved it, well done. :-)

The hotel is very close to D/land, walkeable in 20 minutes or get the free bus outside. We stayed in apartment 263 which itself was clean and comfortable and quiet. Continetal breakfast was fine. I did have some problems with the hotel, in the hallways the wallpaper was peeled in places the hallway carpet was very dirty and there were buckets everywhere due to an issue with the pipes of air-conditioning. Some external parts of the hotel looked very grubby as well. The reception staff were polite but not excatly willing to go out of their way - we arrived late at night and asked for milk for tea and coffee only to be told they had none in the hotel - seemed a bit strange.
