Poor customer service. She barely wanted to greet me, I had to speak first. Asked how she was doing to break the tension, she said fine and started breathing hard like I was bothering her by checking into the room I paid for with my hard earned money, obstructed view although I paid for an ocean view. Hardly a balcony. Found hair in the room and it had a mildew smell. First and last time staying here. I don’t recommend it. Stay elsewhere.
