We stayed here for the first time and we thoroughly enjoyed being here. The room was a nice size and very clean. The area around the hotel was excellent for restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. It is the best breakfast we have seen yet at a hotel. The only downside was the size of the elevators. Once you get on the elevator with your bags, there really isn’t any room for anyone else.

I stayed at The Business in for 6 days and during that time I noticed one of your front desk members being rude and/or unpleasant to several guets, including me. Unnecessary tone of voice, denial of requests, refusal to assist amongst other things. If this person doesn't like her job than she should find a new one, customer service is not for everyone. I dont know her name but it was the only white woman I saw during my six days at the hotel.
