Amazing location - right by the Parliament on Oslo’s Main Street. Walking distance to the central railway station, city hall, the national museum of art and the king’s palace. Our room was somewhat hard to get to, lots of hallways and some stairs, but was well appointed and very well kept! Breakfast was amazing.. would definitely stay here again!

I did not know that I had any VIP Access benefit or room upgrade. I was not offered any. The hotel overall was fine - fantastic location, the hotel conditions generally felt new and clean and stylish. The bedside electrical outlets did not work. The staff was overall friendly and professional, the only two small nitpicks: 1) the added bed was not made when we got the room; 2) we asked to fix the electric outlets, one staff said will follow but did not.
