The option of pools, and the water park. I wish the water park passes were included with your stay, the tickets are $25 a person each day.
Wet carpet throughout, leaky showers, moldy rooms. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. No hospitality
Location was great for going to the theme parks, but that’s pretty much where it ends. Wasn’t fond of a hidden ‘resort’ fee of $102 I had to pay at check-in. I would have expected all fees would have been built into the total price I paid for this package trip. But the worst part was that they wouldn’t allow for a later checkout, which is ridiculous. It’s Easter Sunday. There wasn’t a line of new guests waiting to check in. And considering they never cleaned my room during our 4 day stay I don’t see why they wouldn’t allow an extra few hours to check out. Check out was at 10am and my flight wasn’t until 9:50pm. I felt like we were being kicked out at 10am. Front desk person was very matter of fact about it. Overall, not impressed with this ‘resort’ at all. With the 1000s of other options available to stay at, you’d expected this property to be a little more accommodating to their guests. Won’t be staying here again. They should just stick to being a time share property since they don’t seem to cater to short stay guests.
