Good but there were a lot of added costs. $45 per day resort fee and $36 a day for SELF PARK. An extra $81 a day is enough that I can safely say, we won’t be staying there again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Swan. The cleaning staff were wonderful and the hotel grounds beautiful. The only negative I would say is that the hours of the restaurants and coffee show are not great. It would be nice if they were open a little later. But overall would recommend.

I have been dreaming about staying at this resort for 30 years and it did not disappoint. I was greeted by Pablo and he made the start to my stay excellent. He allowed me to gush, and was very helpful with all of the transportation options. There are great pools, hot tubs, and it’s almost a lazy river, but a huge pool with waterfalls. The dolphin has Dole whip! I could live at this property for the rest of my life and be happy. It was beautiful, the service was great everywhere I went. My room was very clean, and while I could occasionally hear people in the hall, I didn’t never hear people talking or making noise. They also had showtime and a lot of cable stations.
