I never got to experience universal cabana. I was kicked off the property by the manger and security guard manger . This has been the worst vacation by far. I haven't heard back from the cooperate office. I spend more money having to go to a different hotel and still waiting for my refund . Worst thing I did never again.

Very clean hotel and wonderful pool. Also great dining options daily that open late ! We arrived in Orlando at 10pm and it was great to grab good meal at the hotel that night.

Retro is cool and everything but honestly it seems more like a convenient reason to not update the hotel…it’s a budget friendly family friendly resort…so just keep that in mind when booking…the food isn’t good, the soda drink system is nice, pool areas were the best part and shuttle service was SO easy and convenient…I paid for late checkout and housekeeping was literally banging down my door to get in…so some communication there would have been nice…it didn’t ruin the vaca but I’ll be springing for a bit more next time.
