Resort overall and location is perfect! Biggest flaw was the outside bar by the pool was really beat up. A morning or afternoon of paint would make all the difference in the world.

Great place to enjoy some time off in family
I loved the property itself, and for that area it is a very nice option to have as a hotel! So many hotels around Disney are old, outdated, and overpriced. This is a wonderful, refreshing option - I was looking for something more geared toward adults and while yes, there were kids at the pool of course, the pool area was huge and plenty of room to make our own. Clean, lots of fun, plenty of space in our room, and great service at the restaurant and at the pool bar. My concern is with the front desk staff. Almost all of them were frankly quite rude, didn't help to resolve my concerns, and did not treat me with the same respect as I saw them interact with other guests. For instance, upon check in, my sister checked in at the desk next to me and received a welcome drink, map, keycard for the pool, and explanation of the grounds, dining times, etc. I was told my room wasn't ready yet and asked for my credit card and that's about -- the guy went back to dancing around behind the desk. SO unprofessional and dismissive. I also showed someone at check in that I had a $30 food & beverage credit through Orbitz (which it does say right on Orbitz site since its a VIP program hotel) - I was told on check in they would honor it however when I checked out they would not. I spoke with managers, called Orbitz twice -- issue was not resolved so I paid fully for the drinks. That was unsettling, they easily could have made up for this. Really puts a damper on the whole stay.

Loved this hotel! Staff was super nice, drinks were amazing and the hotel and rooms were super clean! Our only dislike was the food. We ate at 2 of the restaurants and we excepted the food to be a little better.
This was a great family friendly location. 5 star treatment from the beginning. Very clean and tons of amenities. Shuttle service for local errands (shops and such) and bus for the parks. Walking distance for shopping and dining spot. Pools are quiet if needed and fun on the other side.
Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel is big with lots to do, pools, shopping, restaurants, bars. So far loving it.
