We stayed in a cottage. Wonderful place with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Shuttles were quick and clean. Great staff. Pool area was clean and relaxing. Enjoyed it all. We will return.

Lovely cottage, clean and well stocked with kitchen and dining equipment. However, there were some weirdness.... for sleeping. The pillows are rock hard, we used the cushions from the sofa. There was no bottom sheet for some of the beds. The comforters where not comforters, they are what you out inside of duvet covers... BUT we didnt get any duvet covers. Also they didnt have any blankets. The AC was volatile, so blankets would have been welcome. They also didnt have the basics such as : Salt, oil, coffee filters etc. So all of these have to be purchased, and then (I assume) thrown away after we left. What a waste and inconvenience for each guest. Also, they didn't give a lot of toilet paper or kitchen towel. My family of 4 stayed for 5 days.... so a more generous allocation would have been appreciated.

The size of the house was perfect. Bed were comfortable and location was great. The facilities were awesome, but having a private pool makes everything better…. As perfect as the house is, a couple of things could be looked into. One of the remotes did not have batteries, there is one bedroom the AC is not cooling enough, no hooks in the bathrooms to hang towel (only racks).

The property was excellent and the convenience to everything was great. We loved the villa and having our own personal pool when we didn’t want to go to the main resort pool. The food at the resort was good and had a decent price. The shuttle service was convenient and didn’t take more than 5 min for pickup regardless of where we were. Sunset walk was great, the wharf was absolutely amazing food. Door dash and Instacart do deliver! There were however a few small things that could be added and done to make this an even better experience. The TV’s were difficult to operate with so many remotes. There was no space in the shower to place personal items and toiletries, a simple shower caddy would have been good. The floors were extremely slippery and at times dangerous. Adding some mats to the entrance where the pool is and a few around the main living space would have provided some safety. The pool lights also did not work, so it made swimming in the evening very dark. Additionally the pool guy came to service and treat the pool early in the morning and the landscaping company was there in the afternoon making the pool very dirty with debris from the trimmed landscaping. There was no access to a broom, and the main floor needs lamps. Also so additional blankets would have been nice. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.
