I won’t even give them a 1 start this is a horrible dirty place to stay at the rugs have stain and the phone in the room are not working broken phones and the worst part is even that the paint of the wall is peeling off and as you open the room door all 3 rooms that I book have a horrible smell. As soon i check in i went and ask them to give me back my deposit that will be sent back to the account in a few days,as the receptionist told me to call the company where I booked my room from see what the can help me with out which I did i called the 2 website that i book my room from and they told me they will send a request refund to the hotel that i rent the room from and they did not refund me back my money even if i did not spend my days there i was not satisfied with nothing there especially when you have kids it’s not god for them there al always book hotel rooms and resort but this was the worst hotel ever I booked and got experience from I would never go back here.

Very dirty, pool area is horrible the bathroom they still have it show with the tiki bar and that’s not open never is room are very dirty all chairs in pool are are broken never again, also on check out day they be knocking on your door way before 11am is like they rushing you out smh not Recomemded at all

When checking in would think that you would normally get a hello and a welcome and a plain eye contact but that was never given the receptionist was to busy ordering her lunch off of her phone at the time. The sheets were not clean there was no hot water. I just wasn’t satisfied paying $130 a night with no hot water. Will definitely not be returning there for another stay.

The property was dirty, we didn’t have running water and they didn’t have our rooms ready until the next day at 5 am. Property is noisy and some of the room doors would not even close to the outside.

This property is in terrible condition roaches in the bathroom and mold on the front door carpets with mold and stains it smells humid in the room the air conditioning filter is black and molded. These conditions is horrible and this place should be closed down for business I don’t know how Expedia continues to promote this place in the there page . I have pictures to better illustrate the condition of the hotel.
