Este hotel es tremendo si vas a Disney o vas a visitar areas cerca de Disney. Estas básicamente dentro de Disney. Puedes en carro llegar como en 8 min a los parques y hay guagua que te lleva del hotel. Frente al hotel tienes target, Walgreens, y restaurantes que puedes ir caminando. el personal del hotel demasiado buena gente, el desayuno incluido riquísimo y variado, el area de la piscina brutal y puedes usar las facilidades de los dos hoteles que quedan walking distance. Los cuartos grandes y super limpios. Tremenda opción! cuando vuelva, me quedo aqui mismo.

It was luxurious, clean, oversized rooms, it was perfect except the pool. The only thing that made me uncomfortable that people didn’t respect the pool rules and it wasn’t supervised so people got little bit too wild in and around the pool. I got hit in the face by a soccer ball pretty hard which is very upsetting,especially because my baby was next to me (11 month old). A pool should be relaxing and civilized at a beautiful place like this resort.

i liked the property it was very nice and updated. i think given that it was built in 2020 it makes sense why there werent alot of dining options. it seems like its still up and coming.

I find this place really good to stay. I only don’t agree about the charge on parking , it just doesn’t make sense for me. Other than that it was clean, quiet and nice, the pool was also good, and actually the breakfast was very good on my opinion, they offered eggs, waffles, breads, cereals, fruit… so I recommend it to stay. Also very close to all the parks, and dinner places around as well.

Staff were extremely unorganized. When we showed up they told us they didn't have a room with two queen beds because they overbooked the hotel (the room we had booked 3 months ago) after a long debate they ended up giving us a room with two queen beds. The man at the counter asked us if we had a car and said nothing else when I replied yes. The following day our key cards didn't work so we went to the front desk to find out they had given another family keys to our room and they had gone into our room while we weren't there while all our belonging were in the room. As the man at the counter realized this he told me that room had never been booked for us and my card authorization for $100 for incidentals and $40 fee for parking had disappeared (we were never informed they had a fee to park there) He asked me again for my card. I told him I had never gotten told I was going to have to pay for parking and I didn't feel comfortable with them authorizing that amount again as I already had a pending charge on my card for $142.60. He said he would authorize it for $0 but needed to have the card on file and that he would credit me the parking fee for the inconvenience. 3 days later I received a second authorization for $142.60. At this time I contacted Orbitz to make a complaint, as I never gave permission to authorize any other charges on my card. Orbitz called the hotel and they were told they couldn't find my reservation!! Very poor communication and organization!
