Check in was fast and easy! Location was excellent. We could walk to our location, Paycom Center, saved us parking and the hassle of the traffic. Facility was clean and beds were comfortable!

Broke elevator- good room & location
The hotel has 3 elevators, however only one was working on Saturday. On Sunday when we were leaving, the one working elevator wouldn't go past the second floor. So we had to walk down the last flight of steps with all of our luggage to the main floor, which took us outside. There were other people on the elevator with us and after we all pushed the button 5 times, we decided we better get off so we didn't get stuck on it. When i communicated it with the front desk what happened, she didn't believe me and basically said, "Oh no, it works." I replied, "I was just on it. No it doesn't!" She just looked at me and was like it is fine. That was extremely irritating! The room was comfortable and fhe location to Bricktown was a quick 2 block walk over the bridge. Beautiful!

Had a nice modern feel, great atmosphere and liked having garage parking, however location was a bit noisy in mornings and check out wasn't til noon, there were no do not disturb hangers and cleaners kept beating on door every hour after 900. Did enjoy streaming capabilities on TV and the room was accommodating if not a little small. My wife prefers shower/tub combos but all in all was satisfactory for purpose of our visit.
