The room provided to me, was infested with ladybugs. At least more than seven ladybugs were crawling around the windowsill. When moved to a different room. The front desk accidentally forgot to assign me to this room and reassigned it to another guest. At 1 o’clock in the morning, the new assigned guest was trying to get into my room. I was terrified.
