Room was pretty clean. Hair on bathroom floor that wasn’t ours on arrival. Staff were nice. They didn’t explain clearly where to park so we just needed to ask for an address. Did not get daily service to freshen up room. When I called they says I requested not to have it. But, I did not do that. They did then bring more towels and empty trash but left the extra dirty towels in room. Not a big deal but not ideal. Room was hot. Even with the temperature turned down it stayed hot. Might have partly been from the sun shine. View was great and so was location.

Our king bed was no longer available, so we they gave us a small, 2 queen bed on a higher floor. The beautiful bridge to casino was closed, so the cold trek was even longer. Too much acid in hotel hot tub causing mild burns . There're worn edges on all the bedroom furniture. The super expensive breakfast had horrible meat. The egg cook made delicious eggs 2 at a time. I'm glad I didn't get ripped off at the dinner restaurant. The bed was ok yet the pillow smelled was a little b.o. smelly. The a/c worked great. Obviously you're paying tourist trap prices for a kickass falls view.

Thought for the amount of money , we would get a better view in our room . Morton’s for dinner -great view of the falls at night. However food was too rich (drenched on sauce) which I didn’t eat and no comment from the waiter. Justin Willman show at the Avalon casino made the trip worthwhile.

We enjoyed our stay, beautiful views. The room way great, clean, modern. Our only complaint was how warm the room got and as weird as it sounds no air conditioning. Yes it’s February but it was so warm even with thermostat set all the way to cool and the fan on high it was uncomfortably warm. Other than that it was a great hotel!
