There were only 2 towels and 3 people registered. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Otherwise very clean. Staff was helpful and nice. Convenient to walk to the falls.

Pros; nice and accommodating staff, room was clean and neat, price was decent, free coffee/tea and water in the lobby Cons; outdated look to the bath area, toilet flush lever was "old" and had to push down for a long time to flush, bedsheets slightly irritated our skin due to strong bleach used, free breakfast was very quite (toast, bagel, spread, yogurt).
