The room smelled and the a/c would come on and off. It was a loud a/c but the room was hot. Otherwise it had the three things I value most in a hotel room: Quiet, Clean, and a safe neighborhood.

I had a ticket for a concert at NJPAC which was just across the street from the hotel. This was very much appreciated as it had been raining heavily all day. The front desk staff and the staff at the hotel restaurant were attentive, friendly and the service and food were wonderful.

I was triple charged for this room once at the desk twice by Expedia all of my points were taken from Expedia facilities in the room were broken the morning was extremely noisy. The staff at the desk were snotty. Rude and envious. When I reported what happened to the manager, he did not care.
