The hotel was not clean. Hallways are dirty and dumpy looking. The beds were springy. The room itself was not clean. Hair in the tub and bathroom floor. Had to wear socks in the room and they were filthy after. Wallpaper peeling off in the room. The tub filled with water above your ankles every time you showered. My sister had to come shower in my room because her tub was backed up with black overflow in hers. The place was a dump. The only good thing about this hotel is the location right in Times Square.

Very disappointed in this hotel. The 11th floor where we stayed needs a complete renovation. The hallway carpet is coming up. The bathrooms are old and discolored. The tub was squishy. We will definitely not stay here again.

RUN. This is the worst hotel in NYC. Of the 20 places I have stayed in over the years for work, this one wins. There is a 30-40min line for the reception counter at all times. The shower in my room has a rip in the glazing that when accidentally stepped on releases the most horrifying miasma. They did NOT accommodate a room change. Instead I was asked to “tough it out” for another night. Please please please do not book this hotel.
